There is much more to California wines than heavy Napa Cabs and buttery Chardonnays. The history of California’s wines is one of evolution and innovation, which includes a diverse variety of red blends.
Andy will present six very different red blends that are produced by both large and small family wineries in five of California’s wine regions. Your palates will experience wines from the oldest family-owned continuously operating winery in California and another winery that partners with a producer in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region of France.
In keeping with the “blended” theme, you will be welcomed with a white blend produced by one of California’s respected winemaking families.
