The Secretary supports the organization by keeping records of Board and membership meetings, including meeting minutes, and ensuring approved minutes are shared with members through the AWSSMC website. The Secretary also assists with administrative duties as needed and may temporarily step into leadership responsibilities if the President and Vice President are unavailable.
